In a large bowl combine all the tandoori Ingrdients and whisk until smooth. Add lam chops to the marinate and cover for ideally 4-6 hours minimum. Overnight Even Better
30 minutes before cooking set lamb out to come up to room temperature. Pat the lamb dry removing any excess marinade. Lightly season wiuth salt and pepper
Light your coals or turn your gas grill to high. Somewhere between 500 and 600 degrees is ideal.
Grill the chops over direct heat for about 3-4 minutes before flipping the chops. Turn every 3 minutes until you develop a nice char and reach desired internal temperature. Med rare is about 123-130 degrees F.
Let the chops rest for about 5 minutes before slicing
